How do I Apply?
Submit your application & pay the fee.
Complete the GenerosityWorks Application for Non-Charity Benefit form online.
A $500 fee is required before any application will be reviewed.
Create a personal GiveWise Giving Fund for the individual who will pay the fee.
Contribute using payment method of your choice.
Fee will be posted when application is received.
What Happens After My Application Is Approved?
Upon approval, applicants will receive an Agency Agreement that must be signed and returned.
The Agency Agreement outlines the Terms and Conditions of the program, including:
Fee schedule
Payment frequency & method
Term of project and renewal options
Reporting Requirements
General Guidelines
A new GiveWise Giving Fund must be created for the project to receive donations.
Choose “Corporation” as Type of Account at sign-up
GiveWise will share the website assets (HTML widget for Donate Button and QR Code) with applicants to enable easy access for donors.
How do I Access the Donations?
To request funds disbursal, complete the GenerosityWorks: Application for Payout form. Applications for payouts can be submitted up to 4 times per year.
A 2% processing fee (with a minimum of $100) is withheld from each payout.
Payouts are done by EFT and deposited to the bank account.
How do I See Who Donated?
Login to the GiveWise Generosity Fund (the “Corporation” account) to see and export donor data
